The charter members of FLEAC provide representation — and a "point of view" — on behalf of the many parties who are part of the energy affordability equation. Members represent various perspectives, including:

• elderly, low-income and special needs customers
• agencies and organizations who serve, support and advocate for such customers
• energy companies that provide service to residential customers in Florida, including investor-owned, municipal and cooperative utilities, and
• regulatory organizations that work with utilities and on behalf of customers.
