FLEAC is a statewide collaboration of stakeholders – including customer, government, social service agencies and energy providers – all working to find better ways to assist Florida families in need.   FLEAC advocates, endorses, recommends and facilitates policies, procedures and actions that support the health, safety and well-being of Florida’s low- and moderate-income customers.   FLEAC seeks to educate customers on how to make informed decisions regarding energy usage, apply energy- efficiency measures and achieve energy self-sufficiency.   FLEAC works on initiatives and projects on behalf of Florida's families in need, to maximize the availability of payment assistance funds, help customers manage their energy bills through energy-efficiency education, and to support and implement programs that enable low-income customers to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
